Primary Aims:

  • provide advisory service for teachers to fully employ their academic potentials
  • support members' creative initiatives
  • advise young people on the issues of adaptation and socialization;
  • Research, develop and implement innovative methods on education and development;

Target groups:

  • socially active teenagers;
  • young people of marginal social status;
  • representatives of youth organizations;
  • students specializing in social pedagogy;
  • young teachers & trainers

Nature of the work:

  • the work has socially related and educational bias with education being dominant policy for the following categories of people: socially active teenagers, students specializing in social pedagogy, young teachers and representatives of youth organizations ;

The methods of the work:

  • short seminars for young people;
  • open corporate educational meetings;
  • web-resource of the organization;
  • social actions;
  • dissimenation seminars;

Methods of work with the registered members:

  • open educational seminars, invitation of the experts in the corresponding fields;
  • tuition scheme of the work to upgrade skills and knowlege of the registered members;
  • giving access to the resources of the organization;
  • informing the members on the possibilities to take part in external seminars, reporting on the results of the seminars;
  • arranging entertainment events for the members - holidays, going to the theatre;

Establishing of external contacts:

  • join associations and networks of NGOs;
  • develop web-resource, expand and promote;
  • seek new partners through Internet and other means, develop partnership projects;
  • develop strategy to promote the organization;
  • get access to student target group by establishing stable contacts with Universities;

  • working meetings on a regular basis;
  • autonomy in taking tactical decisions within the framework of the specific activity;
  • informational transparency of activities, accessibility of information;
  • Action plan, developed with the assistance of the curator, presented during working meeting before its implementation ;

  • inviting experts to the events in order to judge and record the quality of the program;;
