Update on April 2004.

• Mini-project for Byelorussian Alliance of Child and Youth Non-Governmental Associations "RADA" was not supported;
• - Project "Stalker" has been financed by "Counterpart Alliance Partnership" to be implemented in the partnership with four other organizations located in Minsk region;
• Developing and issuing visit cards, paper-cases and logotyped posters is delayed because of the lack of funds;

Plans to complete for December 2003- March 2004
according to the results of strategic planning held in November 2003.
