We define the term "project" as short-term and precisely articulated
programs, which are financed through grant donations gained as a result
of taking part in the competition
The grant-seeking activity has both advantages and negative features. It should be taken into consideration that it is the grant-seeking activity that contributes greatly to the image of the organization, since this work proves that donors acknowledge its significance.
It has become traditional for "Focus Group" to hold a considerable number of self-financed actions, for such a policy enables the organization to advance its strategy in a much more flexible way.
However, applying to receive financial support is often the only chance to introduce innovative and effective educational methods and draw supplementary resources to find solutions to the problems of people who need urgent aid and support.
The possibility to take part in preparing and implementing the project is the unique chance for young teachers - members and volunteers of the organization - to demonstrate creativity and skills regarding their work.
We adhere to the principle that project is:
- the method to develop idea into strategy with all the phases of the process being structurally defined
- focused on education to impart knowledge and skills thought activities
- the outcome of the joint work that should be estimated and analyzed
Our experience in implementing projects:
